By using the BlinkyCabin website or playing any game published by BLINKY CABIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or games.
2. What we do (and don't)
BLINKY CABIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is an independent game studio. We do NOT take on client, freelance, or commissioned projects, and we do not provide development services for hire.
We design, develop, and publish our own games — built entirely in-house and released on platforms such as Google Play.
3. Our games & distribution
Our games are distributed through third-party stores (for example, Google Play). Your download and use of any game is also subject to that platform's terms of service and the relevant app store agreement.
Features, availability, and release dates for our games (including upcoming titles) may change without notice.
4. Intellectual property
All content we create — including our games, characters, artwork, 3D assets, audio, code, the BlinkyCabin name and logo, and this website — is the property of BLINKY CABIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from our games or assets without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use our games and website fairly and lawfully. Cheating, exploiting, tampering with game files, or attempting to disrupt our services is not permitted and may result in loss of access.
6. Purchases, ads & third parties
Some games may include advertisements or optional in-app purchases handled by the app store and third-party providers. Any such transactions are governed by the store's and provider's terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Our website and games are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLINKY CABIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or games after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
